We want you to receive your Freda Power fits as soon as possible & we're constantly working on bettering solutions for our customers 💫

Domestic Shipping

To make life easy for you, we offer a wide range of shipping options to the UK. Your parcels will be picked and packed by our warehouse on the same day, if your order is placed before 6pm. If you place your order after 6pm, it will be picked and packed the following working day.

Orders over £55 will be sent FREE delivery using First Class Post

Cost of shipping can vary depending on weight:

  • First Class Post - 0kg-2kg - £4.50
  • First Class Post - 2.1kg-4kg - £5.50
  • First Class Post - 4.1kg-5kg - £7.00
  • Second Class Post - 0kg-1kg - £4.00
  • Second Class Post - 1.1kg-2kg - £4.50
  • Second Class Post - 2.1kg- £6.50
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 0kg-2kg - £4.60
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 2kg-6kg - £6.00
  • Courier Next Working Day - 0kg-5kg - £9.35
  • Courier Next Working Day - 5kg-6kg - £13.50

You will receive updates on your delivery via email, we highly recommend you have an account with us the ensure that extra level of security during parcel shipping and possible returns.

Non-Domestic Shipping

If your country has import fees, these are not controlled by us and cannot be covered by us. These fees can vary so please check before placing your order.

For any orders outside of the UK, the shipping times will vary between 3-17 working days.

Please be aware that if you place a non-domestic order, and then choose to return your order, this cost will be covered by you. Please email us and we will do our best to work out a solution with you.

We are working towards better shipping options for our worldwide customers.

Any stipulations made on our social channels regarding shipping times will override what is stated in this policy.

Freda Power is owned and operated by one person who has the right to pause orders at any time, given 2 days notice. Orders placed before will be honoured and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day of dispatch. Your order will be provided with a tracking number, any delays due to international shipping are out of our control and cannot be held responsible for these delays - however we will work with our distribution centre and shipping partners to ensure speedy delivery.

Undelivered parcels will be dealt with on a case by case basis between us, the delivery provider and the customer.
