Freda Power has a 60 day return policy 🚛 
Life gets in the way sometimes and running errands such as returns can fall to the bottom of the list, we get it.
How to return
If you have an account with us:
Having an account with us makes the returns process so much easier. Simply click the returns portal on 'The Important Stuff' tab and follow the processes there.
If you do not have an account with us:
To start a return, you can contact us
Please ensure the subject line is as follows order number and 'RETURN REQUEST' for example 'ORDER NUMBER 7639 - RETURN REQUEST'
If the subject is something other than this, your email may be missed and may not receive the urgent attention it deserves.
We will email you a returns label and a return form to fill in explaining why you are returning the item. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be accepted.
Other info:
A returns label is not included in your delivered parcel to ensure we cut down on paper usage. You will have to print your own returns label. 
At this moment, we are not able to offer a free returns service and we recommend that you post your return with a trusted service provider. Once we have received your item, please allow 5-10 working days for the items and your return to be processed.
Your refund will be credited to the account you used to purchase the items.
Please read carefully before you choose to return your item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or receipt or proof of purchase. 
If any the swing tags have been removed, the garment has visible wear and tear, is stained or damaged, we will not be able to offer you a full refund. We may offer you a partial refund or no refund depending on the state of the returned item.
If you have ordered the incorrect size or simply want to change your item for a different style / colour and need to exchange your item, the easiest and quickest way to do this is to return the item to us and create a new order for the different style / size.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear - swimwear bottoms etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not include pre-order items. If you wish to return an item ordered during pre-order at the discounted price, we can offer a refund but it will be at the same price as you purchased it for. If you wish to return the pre-order item once pre order has ended and the item is listed as full price online, you will only be refunded the pre-order price. If you wish to return an item which has since been discounted during a sale season, you will receive a refund for the new sale price.
