Where are your products made?

The Disrupt Collection was made in a small facility in Indonesia. Our recycled zips are made in China and we are developing new collections in the UK and China.

What are you doing towards sustainability?

Our production runs are small. We would rather sell out instead of have bulks of products that didn't sell well and have to be hugely discounted. We will only ever restock core pieces our community loves.

- Our PWRLFT fabric used in Disrupt is 73% recycled polyester

- The zips used for Disrupt are recycled plastic bottles (the zip teeth and the tape)

- Our labels are cotton, sun-dried paper and embedded with plantable marigold seeds

- Individual products are stored individually in compostable bags

- Your products are shipped to you in compostable shipping bags

As a small brand, we have done everything in our power to be as responsible as possible. We look forward to this continuing as we grow.

How should I care for my Freda Power items?

Freda Power Activewear is designed to last. Created with high-quality materials and finishes, and in an activewear specialist factory.
Caring for your Freda Power Activewear helps your garments to have a long life, so you can enjoy them, time and time again.

Please follow the below instructions to care for your clothes:

  • Turn inside out to wash
  • Wash dark colours and black separately to lighter colours
  • Delicate machine wash on 30℃
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not add bleach to your wash
  • Steam to remove creases

What size should I order?

Generally, our products run true to size although you may wish to size up or down depending on your desired fit. Please see our size guide for specific measurement info.

The Disrupt Collection is created to be supportive and some items are double-layered so consider this when shopping.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over £55.

What are your shipping fees?

I ordered on a weekend, when will my order be dispatched?

Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following working day.

Do you offer tracking?

You can select tracked delivery at checkout.

We don't offer tracking as standard as this is a more expensive delivery option and not everyone would choose it

What is your returns policy?

We understand that life can get busy, so we'd like to take some pressure off by having a 60 day return policy

What is your policy on missing parcels?

Parcels going missing is so stressful and frustrating! We will do our absolute best to resolve this issue with you.

Our policy for lost or missing parcels includes a 30-day period during which we will make every effort to recover your package. If, within that time frame, the delivery provider is unable to locate and deliver your parcel, we can offer you up to a 100% refund on your order.

Please note that once a package has been sent out for delivery, we cannot accept full responsibility or liability for lost or missing parcels as they become the responsibility of the delivery provider and this resolution will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
