Will the Disrupt Collection keep me warm in winter?

Yes! As our fabrics are breathable AND supportive, during the summer they allow you to feel the breeze, and during winter, they are compressive enough to comfort you.

Our Compressive Tops are also double-layered so will keep you super snug during winter.

I want to dress outside of the binary but I'm not sure how

Trying out new things can feel intimidating, but it's really cool that you want to push yourself into new comfort zones.

We would suggest finding likeminded people who inspire you and you can relate to. This will help you feel a strong sense of community. Our socials could help you here!

I'm new to moving my body, what are your tips?

This is SO exciting! Moving our bodies is an amazing way to reduce stress, improve mental wellbeing, connect with nature, and with others.

We know it can be daunting though so take your time and give yourself grace.

We would recommend trying a range of different things, from lifting weights to running, climbing, rowing, even rollerblading! This way you can find movement which is free from pressure and positively serves you.

What is the Freda Power Community?

You! Our Community is anyone who finds us and feels comfortable, safe, valued and represented by Freda Power.

We're a small brand still and we know we have a long journey ahead to ensure that everyone feels represented and valued by us, but it's a mission we won't stop working on!

As we grow up, we will be hosting events and inviting our incredible influencer partners along for the journey. Anyone who subscribes to our emails will also get Early Access to the events.

We are a small business, with day-to-day operations being run by Emily and she aims to respond to you within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) although this might take a little longer while she manages this alone.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your order and you placed the order 24+ hours ago, we would advise that you check your junk and spam folders thoroughly.

If you still don’t have it, email customer support at info@fredapower.com

Please include as much information as possible, such as your name the items you ordered and the date you placed your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible. 

My Package is missing, what should I do?

That’s so frustrating! Here's what to do...

If you haven't seen movement on your tracking page in over 10 business days from the latest update, please send us an email to info@fredapower.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Order #
  • A list of missing items
  • An alternative shipping address if available

If your package has been marked as delivered, please allow an additional 5-7 days for the package to arrive before sending in the information listed above.

Once our team reviews your information, they can further assist you and provide you with the next steps!

Some items seem damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that your delivery might have been tampered with!
Please send us an email at info@fredapower.com with the following info so we can help you ASAP!

  • Your name
  • Order #
  • Delivery date
  • Photos of the damaged goods

I'm not sure what size to order

As our Disrupt Collection is compressive for ultimate support and comfort while working out, you might want to size up if you prefer a less compressive fit. 

However, all of our products have a comfortable amount of stretch and fit true to size, so we would recommend ordering the size you feel most comfortable in usually!
